📧How do I place my order?
• orders must be place via email or our order inquiry form. We do not take orders over the phone or in person. We like having a paper trail of communication, and prefer to give time when discussing orders. If preferred we can always schedule a time for a phone call or meeting, but we don’t not have time for drop in calls or visits!

📅 How far in advance should I place my order?
• Custom Cakes & Desserts: We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for custom orders.
• Wedding or Large Event Orders: Please contact us ASAP. Dates fill quickly, especially if you are looking to stop in for a tasting/ consultation and are looking for delivery.
• Rush Orders: May be purchased via our online store.

🎂 Do you offer tastings or consultations?

Yes! We offer tasting boxes and consultations for weddings and large events.
• Tasting boxes start at $40 and include 6 flavor options.
• Consultations can be done in person and must be e scheduled in advance. These are $65.

💳 How does payment work?
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your order; full balance due 48 hours before pickup
• Orders not paid in full by the due date will be canceled.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to a future order. Final payments are non-refundable.

📦 Do you offer delivery or pickup?
• Pickup is available from our location in Mystic, CT
• Local delivery is available for an additional fee
• Delivery for weddings/events is offered with setup services upon request for an additional fee

🍓 Do you accommodate allergies?

We offer allergen free items, but we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Cross-contamination is possible.

📷 Can I send you inspiration photos?

Absolutely- but please note, we do not copy designs exactly out of respect for other artists. We’ll create a version inspired by your vision and our style.
